Our Specialty is Gelato, traditional Italian ice cream that is prepared artisan style in small batches. We use only the finest natural ingredients many of which are imported from Italy. In comparison to premium American ice creams: Gelato has about 1/2 the fat and 1/2 the air (which means more flavor)
